Our Founder 

 Sharon McKeeman is a mother of four, author and educator with extensive experience in education. 

Sharon has a degree in art education and has worked as a credentialed teacher, private educator and home educator through her children's charter school. Sharon founded Let Them Breathe to advocate for students' right to education during the lockdowns. From the work she has done, it's apparent that it's time to BUILD A BETTER WAY together.

Peaceful Preschool - Discovering a love for learning with hands-on, social, creative, literacy based lessons.


Transitional Kinder and Kinder - Laying a foundation of literacy and core skills while having a blast. Developing healthy habits and exploring together.

Grades 1/2

Classical education centered on studying chronological history and the literature and art birthed from it. Math skills and hands-on science. Narration, dictation, nature journaling.

Grades 3/4

Math skills, exploratory science, and creativity from previous grades transitions to STEAM challenges while keeping a focus on classical literacy and history. Writing projects develop.

Grades 5/6

Building knowledge and helping students determine their passions and trajectory as they prepare for secondary ed. Narration and dictation grow into essay writing.
